   Return Policy

• Pattern books cannot be returned.
• Notification must be made to Creative Beadwork within 48 hours upon receipt of order for damaged goods or order discrepancies.
• Every attempt will be made to correct all discrepancies and replacement of damaged items.
• Item/s returned will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

  Shipping Information

• U.S. Priority shipping and handling charges will be calculated acording to zone of residence and adjusted prior to invoicing and credit card charges.
